While Guires deeply values and recognizes the significance of women in our society, our organization, and our lives on the whole, this respect is upheld throughout the year. Though often expressed through meaningful actions, the organization also takes dedicated moments to celebrate, appreciate, and honour the essence of womanhood.
March 7th was chosen as a special occasion when the organization united for women, to commemorate their individual contribution both to society and to our organization. On this day, women employees were felicitated for their efforts and their achievements recognized and applauded.
The event was presided by Dr. Radhika Ganesan – CEO, who graciously took time out from her busy schedule and be a part of the celebration. She engaged warmly with women employees, sharing valuable thoughts, and appreciated them for their dedication and contributions, while encouraging them to live up to their potential.
As a token of gratitude, gifts were presented to each women employee embodying the organization’s acknowledgement for their efforts.
The celebration concluded on a delightful note with a cake cutting ceremony, leaving behind a sense of joy, appreciation, and harmony.
