Ashok has spent time working in, and leading multiples services at Guires, including Clinical trial monitoring, and manuscript peer-reviewing. He shaped the culture of our teams and workplaces. He played both administrative and leadership roles.

Radhika is the co-founder of Guires, where she has 50+ publications in peer-reviewed Journals and textbooks. She has done her fellowship in Harvard School of Public (HSPH) and trained the University of Lund for Biostatistics and data management. She served as editor in several peer-reviewed journals and as a reviewer in several grant organization for research funding. Dr. Radhika has been working in medical and clinical research operations at Guires for the past 15 years. Radhika holds a PhD in Genetic Nutrition & Psychology.

Guires was founded in 2009 in India by Ganesan Anbazhagan. Ganesan has wider experience working with WHO SEARO, ICMR, and several global pharmaceutical clients. With the passion for research & analytics, the company Guires Healthcare was started with a small team of 3 in 2009 to 100+ in 2020 across three locations. The overall success of a business entity reflects his hard work, and he made the top-level managerial decisions.
