The conference was an eye-opener as it highlighted the several tech mediums that were available in the city and facilitated Ganesan to explore the manner in which the organization could identify, attract and retain a multitude of talent who will eventually drive and script the success story of Guires. The conference, conducted over the course of a day was duly segregated into several workshops which witnessed the coming together of business leaders from diverse domains. It presented an opportunity to meet, interact and network with likeminded professionals, while discussing extensively on identification and retention of the right talent. There were several takeaways from the conference where Ganesan was not only able to build his business network but also understand the tech scenario (in terms of human resources and business opportunities) in Manchester.
